- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Return Timeframe
Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date you received return approval. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A full refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in cash, as all purchases are made via Cash on Delivery (COD).
